Labelling the letter box - Part 1 - banning junk mail

I have written here

with regard to my feelings

about this .......

Eventually, I have been overwhelmed for the umpteenth time.
I have thrown in the bin too much printed material
I didn't need nor did I want
I have thought about this, prayed about, reasoned about it
and now I have done this.
I have labelled the letter box.

I am sorry if my action has adverse economic impact on anyone. 

Not for  PMP and Salmat, mind you.

I apologise to any of the walkers I have put out of business.

As for workers at the above companies,

I think the two companies are big enough to look after themselves

and I hope they look after you too

but make sure you are in the relevant union as an insurance policy.
